Job summary

Institute of Management Accountants, Inc. seeks an ACCA Faculty to teach CA and Commerce students in Economics and Accounts. The role includes monitoring attendance, addressing absenteeism, and counselling students while maintaining related records.

The candidate should have a postgraduate degree (M.Com/MA) and may gain an edge with additional professional qualifications, along with excellent communication and strong computer literacy. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Post graduate degree in M.Com or MA; additional professional qualification is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficient computer literacy and basic IT skills.
• Energetic, able to drive projects and work well in a team.
• Ability to manage a class of students.
• Willingness to travel for teaching assignments.

Responsibilities

• Teach and conduct classes for CA and Commerce students in Economics and Accounts.
• Check attendance, monitor absenteeism, counsel affected students, and prepare records.
• Collect student feedback on teachers and provide constructive observations with records.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Should be able to teach and conduct classes for CA and Commerce students for the subjects- Economics and Accounts.
• Check the Attendance records and Check on regular absenteeism and conduct counselling sessions for such students and prepare records for the same.
• Collect student feedback for teachers on a regular basis. Provide constructive feedback on the observations noted to the teachers and maintain records of such feedbacks.
