Job summary

GiftsBazaar.in is seeking an Academic Dean to lead curriculum strategy, governance, and faculty development in a fully remote setting across India. The role focuses on shaping policies, credentialing standards, and accreditation readiness while collaborating with schools and edtech teams.

You will drive data-informed decision making, blended learning adoption, and scalable programs aligned with national and global standards, working with product and tech teams to integrate pedagogy with LMS

Qualifications

• Must-have: strong curriculum design and governance.
• Experience implementing LMS integrations and faculty development programs.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards and edtech tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic programs aligned with standards.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, performance evaluation, and capacity-building initiatives.
• Establish and enforce academic policies, accreditation readiness protocols, and QA frameworks.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate pedagogy with LMS and data-driven assessment systems.
• Represent academic interests in cross-functional leadership meetings and guide institutional strategy with data-backed insights.
• Champion innovative teaching methods including blended learning and competency-based education.
