Job summary

Orit Sciences in Bengaluru seeks an Academic Coordinator English Gurukul to drive school engagement, onboard partners, and support training webinars. The role focuses on increasing adoption of the English Gurukul app across schools, with KPI tracking and monthly usage monitoring.

Qualifications

• Good exposure to schools or ed-tech domain.
• Understanding of the Ed-Tech ecosystem.
• Take ownership of the customer relationship from sale to growth.
• Champion the product and drive adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• (Preferred) 1–2 years of experience with schools or managed accounts in the Ed-tech domain.

Responsibilities

• Acquire Schools & Increase Engagement at School Management Level.
• Conduct Demos at Teacher and Student levels.
• On-board closed leads with training/Webinar Support and set up playbooks for engagement.
• Be the point of contact for on-boarded schools and drive growth (upsells, KPI tracking).
• Advise schools/teachers/students on using the English Gurukul App and monitor monthly usage.
• Gather feedback from teachers and students and pass to content/product teams.
• Complete monthly checklists for all onboarded schools.
• Plan and coordinate delivery of the English Gurukul program across partner schools (level mapping, timetables, calendars).

Job Description

• Acquire the Schools & Increase Engagement at School Management Level,
• Teacher Level & Student Level by conducting Demos.
• On-board closed leads with training/Webinar Support & set up the Playbooks for Engagement.
• Be the point of contact for On-boarded Schools and be responsible for the growth of the School ( Up-sells, tracking KPI Metrics)
• Advise Schools/Teachers/Students on the most effective ways to use the English Gurukul App & monitor/track monthly usage.
• Gather feedback from teachers and students on content and pedagogy, and pass it to the content and product teams..
• The candidate is responsible for completing the monthly checklist for all onboarded schools.
• Plan and coordinate delivery of the English Gurukul program across partner schools, including level mapping, timetables and academic calendars.

Skills

Compensation & Perks

• Total Monthly Earning Potential: Up to 46,000 51,000+ per month
• Fixed Base Salary: 30,000 35,000 / month (fixed, based on experience)
