Key Result Areas

• KRA 1: Sales Planning & Management – Plan and execute sales operations, set targets, monitor performance, and provide MIS reports.
• KRA 2: Customer Acquisition & Engagement – Identify growth opportunities, guide acquisition efforts, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• KRA 3: Operational Effectiveness – Ensure efficient processes across the customer lifecycle (sourcing, approval, servicing, collections) and improve turnaround times.
• KRA 4: Cross‑selling – Drive cross‑selling of ABFSG products and align the team with the cross‑selling strategy.
