Job summary

Backyard Products, LLC is seeking independent subcontractors to install or assemble outdoor structures from pre-cut kits. This role offers flexible scheduling and pay upon completion via direct deposit.

As a 1099 contractor, you’ll manage your own workload, run projects solo or with a small crew, and receive mileage and travel reimbursement along with monthly build incentives. Work outdoors in various conditions while earning as you learn.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor (1099) with Backyard Products, responsible for completing units.
• Own work vehicle with cargo capacity 1500+ lbs.
• Ability to work in outside conditions such as heat, cold, snow, and rain.
• Open to flexible scheduling and year‑round work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install outdoor structures from pre-cut kits.
• Work on projects suitable for one person or two-person crews.
• Select routes and schedule work to maximize efficiency.
• Receive daily pay via direct deposit and mileage reimbursement.
