Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a Software Development Engineer - II to join our engineering team in India. You will collaborate with peers to craft feature-rich experiences across backend, identity, and platform abstractions.

The role emphasizes hands-on ownership, from prototype to production, with a focus on building robust, scalable software. You’ll diagnose complex problems, optimize performance, and drive best practices across development, testing, and deployment.

About the Role

We're looking for a Software Development Engineer - II to build the most amazing product experience at Innovaccer. You'll work closely with other engineers to build delightful feature experiences that understand and solve our customers' pain points — across backend systems, identity, and the abstractions that hold them together.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who combines strong backend fundamentals with a bias for ownership — taking a feature from prototype to production, and caring as much about how it's built as what it does.

What You Need

Must-Haves
