What role you will play in our team

Leads a team to ensure reliable, cost‑effective supply of products from external suppliers, aligning operations with business objectives and quality standards. The role involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, supplier management, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize the third‑party supply network and drive continuous improvement.

What you will do
  • Lead and develop the third‑party supply team to ensure high performance, capability growth, and delivery on compliance and service goals.
  • Mentor and coach team members to build a strong, professional culture and support career development.
  • Monitor team engagement and foster a high‑performance environment.
  • Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and relationship development.
  • Monitor supplier performance against quality, cost, and contractual standards; initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the escalation point for supply disruptions and lead resolution efforts.
  • Optimize the third‑party supply network using demand forecasts, logistics capabilities, and cost‑to‑serve analysis.
  • Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across third‑party operations and planning processes.
  • Support transitions and change initiatives across the supply network to ensure continuity and minimize disruption.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—including Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Procurement—to align supply strategies and support business needs.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and workflows to reflect current processes and ensure knowledge retention.
  • Oversee process alignment for consistency across teams and operational hubs.
  • Promote best practice sharing and continuous learning across the supply organization.
  • Ensure uninterrupted product supply by proactively managing risks and readiness plans.
  • Support business continuity planning and emergency response initiatives.
  • Uphold safety, controls, and compliance standards across all third‑party supply activities.
About You
Skills and Qualifications
  • Supply chain professional with 3–5 years’ experience across FMCG, chemicals, petrochemicals, and e‑commerce. Skilled in leading cross‑functional teams, driving operational efficiency, and aligning supply strategies with business goals.
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations.
  • Preferred: PMP, APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, SAP.
  • Tools: SAP (IBP/APO), Blue Yonder, Kinaxis.
  • Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel.
  • Expertise: Demand Planning, S&OP, Network Optimization.
  • Compliance: Procurement, Contracting, Cost‑to‑Serve, Quality.
  • Project & Change Management.
  • Supplier & Contract Management.
