Job summary

Nova Design Labs is seeking a creative 3D Motion Designer to produce high-quality 3D animations, CGI, motion graphics, and visual content for brands, real estate, events, and immersive experiences. You will handle end-to-end production and collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Editors, and Unreal Engine developers.

The role emphasizes real-time rendering, lighting, and storytelling across diverse media, with a requirement to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, including usage

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Strong knowledge of After Effects.
• Understanding of 3D animation, lighting, materials, rendering, and composition.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D animations, CGI films, motion graphics and visual effects.
• Develop 3D assets, environments, lighting, materials and camera animations.
• Produce content for anamorphic OOH, LED screens, social media and immersive experiences.
• Execute real estate visualization, architectural animation and product visualization.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Editors and Unreal Engine developers.
• Lead projects from concept to final render and compositing.
• Utilize AI tools to improve workflows and outputs.
• Deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Nova Design Labs is looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Motion Designer to create high-quality 3D animations, CGI, motion graphics, and visual content for brands, real estate, events, and immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D animations, CGI films, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Develop 3D assets, environments, lighting, materials, and camera animations.
• Create content for anamorphic OOH, LED screens, social media, events, and immersive experiences.
• Work on real estate visualization, architectural animation, product visualization, and digital twin projects.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Editors, and Unreal Engine developers.
• Handle projects from concept to final render and compositing.
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve creative workflows.
• Ensure high-quality output while meeting project deadlines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Good knowledge of After Effects.
• Understanding of 3D animation, lighting, materials, rendering, and composition.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Preferred

• Knowledge of Unreal Engine.
• Experience with anamorphic content, LED, projection mapping, or immersive experiences.
• Knowledge of AI creative tools.
• Experience in advertising, real estate, CGI, or experiential design.

Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Salary: 30,000 40,000 per month
