Job summary

Hubbell in Kerala is seeking a creative 3D artist to produce visuals and animations for products and environments, with post-production polish in Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere. You will collaborate with the marketing team to interpret briefs and deliver compelling imagery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Blender, 3ds Max, KeyShot, Substance Painter, and the Adobe Creative Suite; experience in ad film production is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in a creative environment.
• A portfolio of high-quality graphical work produced in a professional environment.
• Experience in ad film making could be an advantage, but not essential.
• Experience in photography, illustration or hand drawing is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a diverse range of tasks, involving different people and activities, whilst prioritising work and meeting fixed deadlines.
• Adding textures and materials to models to increase realism.
• Animating objects/products to convey movement and emotion; rigging where needed.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a 3D artist responsible for 3D visualisations and Animation for products, environment designs for application imagery. This role ensures that all visual content are enhanced thru post-production in Photoshop/ After effects/ premiere depending on the project. Having knowledge in Video production will be an added advantage. This role will also be responsible for studying design briefs, understanding clients expectations, flexibly working across different types of projects at one time. You will work hand in hand with the marketing team. Our ideal candidate is a creative, responsible, dedicated, and career-minded professional.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Undertake a diverse range of tasks, involving different people and different activities, whilst prioritising their own work and achieving fixed deadlines.
• Adding textures and materials to models to increase realism.
• Animating objects/ products to convey movement and emotion. This can include preparing models with a digital skeleton (rigging) for easier manipulation.
• Setting up digital lighting and camera angles to establish the scene's mood for application level.
• Produce high-quality rendered images or sequences for final output.

Quality Control

• Review assets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before posting.
• Be flexible to meet the needs of the practice and its work.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues related to 3D assets, software, and the production pipeline
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative
• Possess and communicate strong technical knowledge on the production of images and videos.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in a creative environment.
• A portfolio of high-quality graphical work produced in a professional environment
• Experience within an edge of ad film making could be an advantage, but not essential
• Experience of photography, illustration or hand drawing is beneficial to the role.
• Ability to work collaboratively across creative and technical teams.
  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Regularly using and staying updated on industry-standard software such as Blender, 3ds Max, Keyshot and Substance Painter.
