Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned 3D Artist/Animator for EY GDS MENA People Consulting Design Theatre in Trivandrum/Kochi. Bring 6–7 years of experience to create high-quality 3D content for campaigns, learning solutions, and client engagements.

You'll master 3D modeling, animation, motion graphics, and real-time rendering to transform complex concepts into compelling visuals, collaborating with creative teams and stakeholders across EY brands.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience in 3D animation, visualization, motion graphics, or related fields.
• Proven experience creating professional-quality 3D animations and visual content.
• Strong portfolio across modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, rendering and storytelling.
• Experience in corporate/marketing/digital media environments preferred.

EY GDS MENA People Consulting Design Theatre: 3D Artist / Animator/ Senior Associate

The opportunity

We are looking for an 3D Artist/Animator for EY MENA People Consulting Design Theatre team, in our Trivandrum/Kochi office. The right candidate is a talented and experienced 3D Artist/Animator with 6-7 years of professional experience to create high-quality visual content that supports internal and external communications, marketing campaigns, learning solutions, digital transformation programs, and client engagements. The role requires expertise in 3D modeling, animation, motion graphics, visualization, and real-time rendering technologies to transform complex concepts into compelling visual experiences.

Responsibilities:

3D Asset Creation & Visualization

• Create high-quality 3D models, environments, materials, and textures for a variety of business and client projects.


• Produce photorealistic and stylized visualizations for products, facilities, industrial environments, and architectural spaces.


• Develop rendering outputs suitable for video, presentation, web, and interactive applications.

Animation & Motion Design

• Create engaging 3D animations that communicate complex processes, workflows, scientific concepts, and business narratives.


• Develop motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.


• Produce end-to-end animation deliverables from storyboard through final rendering.

Real-Time & Immersive Experiences

• Develop visual experiences using Unreal Engine and related real-time technologies.


• Create interactive demonstrations, digital twin visualizations, simulations, and immersive environments.


• Optimize assets and scenes for real-time performance while maintaining visual quality.

Collaboration & Project Delivery

• Partner with creative directors, designers, content developers, and stakeholders to interpret requirements and deliver innovative visual solutions.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and delivery timelines.


• Ensure outputs align with EY brand guidelines and creative standards.


• Contribute ideas and recommendations on emerging visualization technologies and creative approaches.

Required Experience

• 6-7 years of experience in 3D animation, visualization, motion graphics, digital content creation, or related fields.


• Proven experience creating professional-quality 3D animations and visual content.


• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, rendering, and visual storytelling.


• Experience working in corporate creative services, marketing, digital media, agency, consulting, or production environments.


• Exposure to real-time visualization, digital twins, simulation platforms, or immersive technologies is preferred.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Advanced degree preferred, 7+ years professional experience in User Experience Design/ Product Design, or Visual Design.


• Past experience in consulting, CX Practice in a Fortune 500 firm, or agency in a media management or digital creative experience in a client facing role.


• Cross-functional experience working with both internal and 3rd party development teams and project management experience working with both creative agencies, brands or in a consulting capacity. Experience interfacing with clients and Rich Media Vendors.


• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, Mural, InVision, Keynote, OmniGraffle, Sketch or other design technologies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Design, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related discipline.
