Job summary

Advarra, Inc. in Bengaluru seeks a creative Graphic Designer/Animator with 3+ years of industry experience to contribute to training video projects and design assets.

You will create storyboards, animations, and reusable media, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality visuals and timely delivery while keeping up with the latest design tools.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years industry experience in Graphic Design/Animation or a related role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or Web Design, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.

Location

This role is open to candidates Hybrid in Bangalore.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 3 years industry experience in Graphic Design/Animation or a related role.
• Bachelors Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or Web Design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prior industry experience in graphic and multimedia design.

Preferred Qualifications

• The ability to ‘think outside the box’, to come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem.
• Excellent design, illustration and animation skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including Animate and Illustrator.
• Willingness to assume individual responsibility for own deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good team player with ability to work in a multi-functional team.

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
• Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
• Learn and comprehend basic instructions
• Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
• Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking
