Relx Plc in India seeks a Team Lead for Scientific Discovery Platforms to guide a 5–10 person data analytics team, ensuring quality, discoverability, and customer relevance of search and API experiences across Reaxys, Embase, and future AI-enabled life sciences solutions.

You will lead SMEs, improve data models and pipelines, oversee QA and feature releases, coordinate stakeholders, and present results to drive data-driven platform improvements, aligning with product strategy and scientific

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Bioinformatics, Cheminformatics/Chemistry/Biochemistry or allied fields.
• Strong data analysis and scripting skills using Python (Jupyter Notebook) and Bash.
• Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience contributing to AI/GenAI-based testing frameworks and analytical workflows.

Responsibilities
