Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking experienced Social Care professionals to join a care team in Naas, County Kildare, Ireland. The role involves working directly with young people in Residential Care and building professional relationships to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will hold a Social Care qualification (level 7 minimum), have at least 6 months of sector experience (placements welcome), and possess a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Social Care relevant qualification (level 7 minimum).
• Minimum 6 months working in the social care sector (placement experience considered).
• Ideally some experience working with young people or residential experience.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people in care.
• Direct work with young people in Residential Care and meeting their needs.
• Build professional relationships and effective communications with the young person while acting as a role model.
