Job summary

AES Recycling Limited, a leading Irish waste management company, is seeking a hands-on Yard Supervisor to run a busy yard, lead a team and keep operations sharp, safe and efficient. The role blends operational delivery with people leadership and KPI focus.

You'll manage intake/output of waste, weighbridge operations and weekly KPI reporting, while ensuring compliance and safe, productive daily routines. Apply now before 10 June 2026.

Qualifications

• Ticketed for 360 and shovel driving is required.
• Experience operating heavy plant and managing waste flows.
• Ability to produce weekly and monthly KPI reports.
• Knowledge of weighbridge operations is essential.
