Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is hiring Workshop Managers on behalf of Weltec Engineering Ltd. Six Cross Roads Business Park, Waterford. Locations include Apple Holly Hill, Cork and Waterford campuses.

The role focuses on leading workshop teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will manage personnel, plan workloads, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven leadership experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.. This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €65,000-€75,000.
