This non-clinical, people-focused role helps drive psychological safety, resilience, and a positive workplace culture through prevention, early support pathways, and data-driven insights.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate wellbeing initiatives in partnership with the Health & Wellbeing Manager
  • Deliver presentations and awareness campaigns on mental health, resilience, and psychological safety
  • Analyse wellbeing data and produce weekly reports to guide client and stakeholder decisions
  • Identify risks early and coordinate mitigation with management and stakeholders
  • Support wellbeing audits, risk assessments, and documentation requirements
  • Act as a point of contact for wellbeing queries and early-intervention support
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, Engagement, the client, and external partners to ensure consistent wellbeing experiences
  • Promote inclusion, psychological health, and a positive team culture through ongoing programs and campaigns
What You Need
  • Passion for wellbeing, psychological safety, and employee experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and data‑analysis skills to inform strategy and decision‑making
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
  • Experience in managing multiple projects in fast‑paced environments
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Psychology, HR, Public Health, People Analytics, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in wellbeing, HR, or administrative work
  • Experience in a Trust & Safety environment
