Job summary

Space NK is seeking a Winter Seasonal Beauty Advisor (Fixed Term) in Dublin to help deliver an exceptional customer experience during the October to January period. You will embody the brand values, provide expert product advice, and work with store teams to meet targets while maintaining stock accuracy and a welcoming environment.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong communication, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

• Deliver unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge.

• Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
• Follow stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise loss.
• Communicate clearly with the store team.
• Confidently communicate with external partners and visitors.
• Embrace the team effort and achieve the common goal.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming store environment.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share with the team.

Winter Seasonal Beauty Advisor Overview - Fixed Term

The Beauty Advisor’s main responsibility is to achieve sales and KPI’s target through a customer first approach. With passion and enthusiasm, they are an ambassador for the brand.
