Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop app development using Windows App SDK and WinUI, with C# and XAML.
• Experience with interop between managed and native code (C++/Win32).
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with focus on reliability and performance.
• Strong accessibility experience on Windows and inclusive software design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and optional C++.
• Define best practices for architecture, performance, memory usage, and cross-version compatibility.
• Advance accessibility integration including UI Automation and keyboard navigation.
• Collaborate with product, UX researchers, QA to shape feature planning and roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle of features from concept to release and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs and performance issues with robust solutions.
