Job summary

TP in Dublin is seeking a dynamic Workforce Management (WFM) Manager to lead end-to-end WFM cycles across forecasting, scheduling, real-time, capacity planning and MI, while managing a team of Analysts and Real-Time professionals.

You will partner with MI and Finance points of contact to deliver data-driven insights, align staffing with financial targets, and ensure compliant, efficient operations across TP and client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience forecasting, scheduling, real‑time management.
• Experience managing diverse teams across multiple sites.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasters, schedulers, and real‑time teams; drive workforce strategy and performance.
• Track allocation of work and oversee team administration across complex operations.
• Present data in clear, actionable formats for internal and client stakeholders.
• Build tools to allocate projected demand and supply; provide optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate with clients to plan new buildouts and capacity requirements.
• Monitor KPI metrics and drive continuous improvement.
