Vodafone - Kelco Communications in Westport is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Vodafone retail store. You will own the store's performance, motivate and coach the team, and ensure outstanding customer service while hitting sales targets.

This full-time role offers a competitive weekly wage, an uncapped monthly commission with an OTE of €45,000+, and benefits such as Vodafone bill discounts. Availability Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm, with a supportive team culture.

• Ability to drive sales and meet KPIs.
• Strong customer service mindset and store operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store sales performance and KPIs.
• Lead, motivate and coach the team to maximise performance.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and compliance.
• Provide regular feedback and develop staff capabilities.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and handle escalations.
• Oversee store presentation, stock and processes.
