Welder/Fabricator - County Westmeath

Our client seeks a skilled welder/fabricator with a passion for precision and quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements to plan fabrication and welding tasks.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Cut, grind, and prepare metal components for assembly.
  • Weld components using manual or semi-automatic processes in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead).
  • Inspect and test finished welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards.
  • Repair and maintain production equipment and components as required.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
Qualifications
  • Certified welding qualification from a recognised training provider.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
