Job summary

Chanelle Pharma in Ireland is seeking Production Operatives to join the manufacturing team on a weekend shift (Saturdays and Sundays) in Galway. The roles are offered on a 6-month contract basis with day (7:00am–7:00pm) and night (7:00pm–7:00am) shifts.

Successful candidates will support production and packaging activities, ensure GMP compliance, complete documentation, and maintain equipment. Prior pharma/manufacturing experience is desirable and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work weekend day or night shifts on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and pack products to GMP/regulatory standards as outlined in company documentation.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Carry out IPC checks as outlined in company procedures.
• Ensure machines and equipment are maintained and operating correctly.
• Perform minor machine and equipment adjustments as appropriate.
• Clean machines and work areas in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Assist with training activities as required.
• Achieve targets relevant to the assigned work centre.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with documented procedures and GMP requirements.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping in all production areas.
• Comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the contract of employment.
