Anecto is a Power Electronics company supporting the Renewable Energy Industry, specialising in testing, repair, and refurbishment of critical power equipment.

Skills Requirements
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills — the role involves close collaboration with colleagues across warehouse and production areas
  • Good concentration and attention to detail
  • A technical mindset and strong practical ability — comfortable working with hands-on processes and equipment
  • Basic computer literacy (experience with inventory or production systems is an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when required
  • Flexibility to support production and operations activities when needed
  • Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training across warehouse and production processes
  • Commitment to meeting customer requirements, productivity targets, and quality standards
  • Focus on efficiency — maximise output, minimise waste, and maintain an organised workspace
  • Adherence to all company safety, quality, and environmental policies
Experience Requirements
  • Previous warehouse experience (e.g., goods in/out, stock handling, or dispatch) would be an advantage but is not essential, as full in-house training will be provided for the successful candidate.
  • A valid Forklift License would be an advantage; however, training and certification can be provided as part of the role.
  • Experience in a production or manufacturing environment would also be beneficial.
