Job summary

Qualifications

  • Full clean driving licence.

Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Location: Castlebar

Reporting To: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary

To provide efficient and effective day to day tasks of the dispatch, packing and goods in departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the data entry and inventory of stock
  • Provides clerical support for Warehouse Management
  • Assist with general duties within the warehouse environment
  • Obtaining and filing of all POD’s
  • Ability to follow processes, procedures and follow H.S.E guidelines as per company policy
  • Performing and recording stock checks promptly and accurately
  • Ability to scrutinise warehouse data reports as per internal/external audit requirements
  • Arrange and organise transport, couriers to pick up and deliver material
  • Planning and organising external services from suppliers and vendors
  • Quarantine stock and arrange rework
  • Generate picking notes from the warehouse management system
  • Take stock out of quarantine on radius system after quality check
  • Complete work tickets after pack & file
  • Correct book in of material for errors
  • Return stock physically and on WMS to obtain true stock accuracy and valuations
  • Any other duties and responsibilities management deem appropriate from time to time
Skills & Knowledge
  • Accomplished level of computer literacy skills e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, Q-Pulse, SAP and other warehouse management systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Qualifications
