Job summary

Petrochem Pipeline Supply Ltd in Little Island, Cork is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 40.5 hours per week, with an hourly rate of €17–€19 depending on experience.

You will pick, pack and prepare customer orders, check stock, and use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to keep stock accurate. Full training is provided, so previous system knowledge is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics or stock‑handling experience.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• The ability to work in a busy environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders accurately.
• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock.
• Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems.
• Maintaining accurate stock and organised warehouse locations.
• Operating warehouse and material‑handling equipment safely.
• Ensuring orders are prepared and dispatched on time.
• Working closely with colleagues across the warehouse and wider business.
• Supporting customer or product enquiries where required.
• Following company health and safety procedures.
• Helping to maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
