Job summary

Chadwicks Group, part of Grafton Group, is hiring a General Operative at The Panelling Centre in Dublin. You will support warehouse operations, handle deliveries, pick/pack and load goods, and maintain a safe, tidy workspace. A forklift licence and manual handling cert are essential, with customer service experience advantageous.

The role is permanent, full-time (39 hours) with potential Saturday rosters. Benefit programs include health care, pension, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

Previous General operative experience is required.
Valid Fork-lift Licence essential.
Valid Manual Handling Certificate.
Previous customer service experience.
Previous experience in a busy builders providers an advantage.

Responsibilities

Receive and check deliveries and store in line with health and safety guidelines.
Keep warehouse tidy and stock clearly identifiable; flag low stock to management.
Operate and maintain forklift safely and in line with health and safety guidelines.
Handle picking, packing and loading of company vehicles.
Maintain security to prevent theft of goods or company property.
Collaborate with team to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
