Job summary

Aldi Ireland is hiring an Operative to keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll use a headset to receive instructions, pick products accurately, check paperwork, and maintain safety in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities include selecting products quickly to meet targets, following instructions, operating MHE safely (training provided), with opportunities in Ambient, Chiller and Freezer sections.

Qualifications

• Hardworking and ready for a physical, fast paced role.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when picking stock.

Our Benefits

• There is an additional premium for any hours worked during the nightshift of €2.30 per hour
• There is an additional rate of €1.00 per hour for any hours worked in the freezer.
• 30+ hours per week (minimum contract hours are 30 and can rise to an average of 36)
