Job summary

Alliance Automotive Group is seeking Warehouse Operatives for its Cork site in Little Island. You will replenish stock, pick and despatch orders, and keep stock tidy with proper paperwork. You may assist customers at the collections counter and handle returns and warranty items.

The role requires good communication, IT literacy, and accuracy. Desirable forklift license and manual handling experience. Monday–Friday shifts with overtime available on Saturdays and midweek.

Responsibilities

• Replenishing stock levels.
• Ensuring sales orders are accurately picked and despatched within a timely manner.
• Maintaining stock in a tidy, orderly manner.
• Ensuring stock leaves with the correct paperwork & signatures.
• Handling occasional customer queries at the collections counter.
• Processing customer returns and warranty returns.

J&S Automotive part of the Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) is a leading distributor of vehicle parts to the independent automotive aftermarket. AAG operates in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Poland, and the Netherlands. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company (GPC), the largest worldwide automotive parts distributor with combine turnover of over 15 billion. Due to recent growth and expansion J&S Automotive are looking for Warehouse Operatives at our site based in Little Island,Cork.

Day to day responsibilities involve but not limited to:

• Replenishing stock levels
• Ensuring sales orders are accurately picked and despatched within a timely manner
• Maintaining stock in a tidy, orderly manner
• Ensuring stock leaves with the correct paperwork & signatures
• Handling occasional customer queries at the collections counter
• Processing customer returns
• Processing customer warranty returns

Ideal candidate will have:

• Good communication and IT literate
• Strong work ethic
• Able to work as part of a team
• Able to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Forklift License – Desirable
• Manual Handling experience – Desirable

Hours: Monday – Friday: 0900 to 1800 or 1000 to 1900

Overtime available: Saturday & Midweek
