Jabil Ireland is seeking an Inventory Control Leader to manage receiving, stockroom, shipping, and inventory analysis. You will lead Inventory Analysts, drive performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across the campus.

Responsibilities include recruitment, staff development, coaching, KPI tracking, and cost management to continuously improve operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma with 3 years experience, including 1 year supervisory role; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing and hiring Inventory Control, Stockroom, Shipping, and Inventory Analysts.
• Proven ability to coach staff, manage turnover and develop training curricula.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, interview and hire Inventory Control staff and Analysts.
• Coach and mentor staff to deliver excellence to customers.
• Establish measurable goals and monitor operational metrics.
• Coordinate activities of large teams and manage crises.
• Define and implement an Inventory Control strategy aligned with campus directions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline processes.
