Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 depending on experience

Your new role includes:

• Managing daily warehouse operations including goods-in, picking, packing, and distribution.
• Overseeing inventory control, stock audits, and reporting using WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Ensuring health & safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed.
• Leading, training, and developing warehouse staff, including supervisors and operatives.
• Coordinating with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Analysing KPIs and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Liaising with transport providers and manage delivery scheduling.

Experience you need:

• Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management role (3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and health & safety regulations in Ireland.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Forklift licence (valid in Ireland) is an advantage.
