Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Cork is seeking a Warehouse Admin to join our Logistics team. You will support admin tasks, manage documentation, and help ensure safety and KPI targets are met on site.

The role collaborates with the FLM and Operations manager, requires DG training and strong IT skills (WMS, Oracle, MS Office), and at least two years’ logistics experience. A practical, detail‑oriented approach and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• DG Training is essential.
• Excellent IT Skills (WMS, Oracle, Microsoft Suite).
• Ability to interpret, understand, and follow directions/instructions.
• Customer management skills desirable.
• Minimum two years' experience working in logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete transport/warehouse admin tasks meeting KPIs and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with H&S Regulations / Training / SOPs.
• Process paperwork and operate IT systems as required.
• Direct communications with customer contacts (Email & Verbal), attend meetings as needed.
• Management of customer complaints - provide reports to Warehouse FLM & Ops manager.

You will work closely with the warehouse FLM and Operations manager as well as external stakeholders to meet current and anticipated requirements to enable the Site to achieve / exceed service expectations

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Responsible for completing all Transport/ warehouse Admin tasks and ensuring they meet with Contractual KPI's and agreed deadlines
• Manage full compliance with H&S Regulations / Training / SOP's
• Processing paperwork and operating IT systems - as required
• Direct communications with customer contacts (Email & Verbal), attending on & off-site meetings when necessary
• Management of Customer complaints - provide reports to Warehouse FLM & Ops manager
