Bon Secours Health System is hiring a Ward Catering Assistant for night shifts on weekends (4:30pm – 9:30pm). The role is a permanent contract based in our Cork hospital. Ideal candidates will have HACCP knowledge, be flexible for evening shifts, and possess strong English communication skills.

Applicants should be able to work independently or as part of a team; EU work eligibility is required. College students are encouraged to apply. Closing date: 15 November 2026.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Have a sound knowledge of HACCP desirable
• Be flexible for evening shifts as required
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Be able to communicate in English to the standard equivalent to level 7 of the International English Language Testing System
• Be eligible to work within the EU
• College students are also encouraged to apply
