Job Summary

We are recruiting friendly and professional Waitresses / Front of House Assistants to join hospitality teams across Ireland. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast‑paced food and beverage environment. As a key member of the front‑of‑house team, you will ensure guests receive a warm welcome, efficient service, and a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a polite and professional manner
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Check guest satisfaction throughout service and respond to requests
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness at all times
• Handle payments (cash/card)
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members, especially during busy service periods

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred
• Good level of spoken English required
• Friendly, approachable, and customer‑focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn
