Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Dublin is seeking a Digital Product Manager for the MOSAIC custody initiative. You will own a key workstream, drive commercial strategy, and partner with technology teams to deliver iterative, AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and client experience.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, shape pricing and go-to-market strategies, and use data-driven insights to accelerate product value and market share in a fast-evolving financial services landscape.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management within cross-functional, agile environments.
• Deep knowledge of custody products, settlements and safekeeping lifecycle; asset servicing is a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive business innovation and build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for your workstream, including roadmap and financial targets.
• Lead end-to-end product development using agile methodologies and market feedback.
• Act as liaison between commercial, client-facing, Operations and Technology teams to deliver the roadmap.
• Use data analytics and AI to drive product performance and opportunities.
• Shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, and portfolio growth.
