Job summary

Alignerr is seeking professional voice actors with authentic Irish English for an AI speech training project in Ireland. This contract role involves in-person studio sessions designed to collect natural, conversational Irish English recordings.

Sessions are 2–3 sessions of 4 hours each, with competitive hourly compensation. You’ll record solo and paired dialogue, guided by direction to capture genuine rhythm and character, helping AI systems understand real Irish speech.

About The Role

We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists with authentic Irish accents to take part in paid studio recording sessions for a leading AI speech research project.

This is a unique, well-compensated contract role for a small number of talented voice professionals. Your voice won't be cloned — it will be used to help AI systems better understand the natural rhythms, cadence, and character of real Irish English speech.

Who You Are

• A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with real recording experience
• A native or near-native Irish English speaker — your accent is authentic and natural
• Currently based in Ireland
• Comfortable performing natural conversational dialogue, not just formal narration
• Receptive to direction, reliable, and easy to work with in a studio setting
• Confident performing both solo and paired dialogue formats

Nice to Have

• Acting or performance background
• Experience in broadcast, podcast production, or commercial voice work
• Prior studio recording credits or a voice portfolio
