Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited is seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager for Vila, Whitewater Shopping Centre, Newbridge. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, lead the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, leadership ability, and digital literacy to support store operations. Flexibility for weekdays, evenings and weekends is required.

Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited are currently seeking a full time retail Store Manager to join our team in our Vilastore in Whitewater Shopping Centre, Newbridge. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team. This position will require the successful candidate to be flexible for week & weekend work

Role : Retail Store Manager
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
• Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding agreed sales and KPI targets
• Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver strong commercial results
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times
• Manage, coach, and develop the team to maximise individual and store performance
• Ensure effective stock control and inventory management
• Support and execute in-store marketing, promotions, and overall store development
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for customers, colleagues, and suppliers
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and all legal requirements relating to health, safety, hygiene, and security
• Demonstrate flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required
