Job summary

Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited is seeking a retail sales assistant for the Vila store in Crescent Limerick. This part-time, fully flex role requires 8 hours per week with flexibility for week and weekend work.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, greet customers, assist with product selection, process payments, and help maintain a clean, organized store and displays while handling refunds and inquiries.

Qualifications

• This role is a customer service based role - the main objective is the provide exceptional service at all times
• Greeting customers who enter the shop
• Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
• Answering queries from customers
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
• Balancing cash registers with receipts
• Dealing with customer refunds
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
