Successful clinical development depends on clear program-level vendor strategy, early planning, and effective coordination across the clinical program lifecycle. As Vendor Program Strategy Director - Global Clinical Operations, you will act as the vendor strategy business partner to the GCO Sub Team, translating the program pipeline and clinical strategy into an integrated, efficient vendor approach from early concept through program closeout.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 90,300.00 - 167,700.00 EUR.
Annual the base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
