Europcar Mobility Group is hiring for a vehicle service and logistics role. The position involves cleaning and prepping rental vehicles, transporting them to designated locations, and performing pre- and post-rental inspections to ensure standards.

You will log movements, manage documentation, and support team coordination while adhering to safety guidelines. A full clean B licence and flexibility to work weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years is essential.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and prepping vehicles for rental.
• Drive vehicles to and from locations including rental branches, airports, and pickup/drop-off points with accurate logs.
• Perform pre- and post-rental inspections to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Audit vehicle quality inside and out.
• Install/remove trackers and manage activations.
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate vehicle movements with the team and prioritise tasks.
• Conduct safety and maintenance checks on vehicles.
