Zusammenfassung

Ellab Ireland is seeking a Validation Engineer for our Limerick area. You will set up equipment, author and review validation documents, and perform temperature mapping in a sterile manufacturing environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of validation experience, a 3rd level qualification in Engineering/Pharmaceutical Science, and fluent English. Training is provided, with strong GMP exposure and a collaborative culture.

• Perform temperature mapping and validation of equipment such as autoclaves, fridges, freezers, incubators, stability cabinets in a sterile manufacturing environment.
• Analyse and interpret data from qualification studies and determine if it meets acceptance criteria.
• Troubleshooting customer and Ellab equipment.
• Reading P&ID’s effectively and following SOP’s.

Are you a passionate and experienced Validation Engineer if so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Ellab Ireland, a leading provider of innovative compliance solutions for the pharma industry.

Responsibilities:

• Set up of Ellab equipment.


• Author, review, approve and execute validation documentation including protocols, summary reports, procedures, other lifecycle documents.


• Performing temperature mapping and validation of equipment such as autoclaves, fridges, freezers, incubators, stability cabinets in a sterile manufacturing environment.


• Analyse and interpret data from qualification studies and determine if it meets acceptance criteria.


• Troubleshooting customer and Ellab equipment.


• Reading P&ID’s effectively and following SOP’s.

Experience/Requirements:

• 3rd Level Qualification within Engineering/Pharmaceutical Science or similar.


• Previous Validation /CTU mapping experience is essential. Ellab will provide full or supplemental training on all equipment and thermal mapping services.


• 2-5 years relevant experience.


• Fluent spoken and written English is a must.


• Knowledge of GMP.


• An interest in developing a career within validation industry.


• Be able to work on your own initiative.


• Attention to detail with a common-sense approach to problem solving.
