Job summary

RT.Lane is recruiting an Equipment Validation Engineer for a 12-month contract in Fermoy, Ireland. The role focuses on equipment and process validation in a high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a QQI Level 7 degree in a science/engineering field, plus at least 1 year of QA/regulatory experience and proficiency with DOE/ DMAIC methods to support or complete validations across equipment, facilities and utilities.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 7 degree in science, electronics, mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 1 year QA/regulatory affairs experience.
• Experience with Process/Equipment/Facility/Utility validation and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Complete validations timely and accurately.
• Support or complete process and equipment validations in a medical device/pharma setting.

PERSONNEL SPECIFICATIONS

• Qualifications and Experience:
• QQI Level 7 Degree Preferably in a Science, Electronics, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in working within a Medical Device Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical Environment.
• Minimum of 1 year Quality Assurance / Regulatory affairs experience.
• Experience of supporting or completing Process / Equipment / Facility / Utility
• Experience in statistical Analysis / DOE and DMAIC methods.
