EY Ireland is seeking an Oracle EPM Developer – Manager / Senior Manager to lead delivery of Oracle EPM solutions in a hybrid Dublin-based role with willingness to travel. The role supports FCCS, PBCS, TRCS or EDMCS workstreams and involves hands-on delivery and leadership across complex finance transformations.

You will guide teams, translate designs into technical plans, and ensure quality across the delivery lifecycle while collaborating with architects, workstream leads and business

The opportunity

Lead the technical delivery of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions at the centre of complex finance transformation. Working within an FCCS or PBCS or TRCS or EDMCS workstream, you will combine hands-on platform expertise with delivery leadership, helping teams turn agreed designs into scalable and maintainable solutions. You will have a visible role in solving complex issues, guiding colleagues and protecting quality across the delivery lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities

• Leading configuration, development and integration activities within your specialist Oracle EPM module.


• Turning solution designs and business requirements into clear technical plans and deliverables.


• Guiding developers, reviewing technical outputs and maintaining consistent development standards.


• Managing complex defects, technical risks and dependencies across Oracle EPM, finance and source systems.


• Coordinating testing, deployment readiness and technical support throughout release cycles.


• Working with architects, workstream leads and business stakeholders to communicate decisions, progress and delivery impacts.

Skills and attributes for Success

You will bring deep hands-on capability in FCCS or PBCS or TRCS or EDMCS together with experience delivering complex implementations. You can lead technical delivery, break down difficult problems, review solution quality and explain technical choices clearly to different audiences. You are comfortable coordinating distributed teams and balancing hands-on contribution with oversight, coaching and stakeholder engagement.

Ideally, You’ll also have

Broader experience across Oracle EPM modules, complex integrations, finance data, metadata, reporting and cloud deployment. Exposure to enterprise-scale transformation and onshore and offshore delivery models will also be valuable.
