Job summary

Sabeo is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer for a major digital transformation programme. You will design intuitive, accessible, and user-centred experiences while contributing to enterprise design governance and the evolution of design systems.

The role involves designing across web and mobile platforms, supporting design guidelines, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer delivering digital products for web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional product teams.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility and inclusive design principles.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences across web and mobile applications.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Design Governance, Design Guidelines, and Design Principles.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Facilitate the end-to-end UX process, including ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and design validation.
• Deliver customer-focused solutions using Human-Centred Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, and Interface Design principles.
• Plan, facilitate, and analyse user testing, providing recommendations to improve user experience.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of enterprise design systems while ensuring alignment with governance, accessibility, and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, business stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
