Responsibilities

• Test web UI features to validate functionality, usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
• Create and execute manual test cases from requirements and designs.
• Identify, log, and reproduce UI defects with clear steps.
• Review UI designs early to improve testability and edge-case coverage.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product owners, and designers.
• Support regression testing and assist with release sign-off.
• Help improve QA processes, checklists, and test coverage over time.

The Role

We're hiring onbehalf of one of our top client engagements — a global leader in paymentstechnology — for a UI Tester to join their AI and decisioning platformorganisation. This group builds and enhances platforms that deliver real-timeintelligence at global scale, powering millisecond-latency decisioning,resilient and highly available services, hundreds of AI models, and dozens ofmarket-facing products that protect revenue and mitigate fraud for customersworldwide.

What You'll Do

• Test web UI features to validate functionality,usability, accessibility, and visual consistency
• Create and execute manual test cases based onrequirements, designs, and acceptance criteria
• Identify, log, and clearly communicate UIdefects with actionable reproduction steps
• Review UI designs and requirements early tohighlight testability, usability, and edge-case risks
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers,product owners, and designers
• Support regression testing prior to releases andassist with release sign-off
• Contribute to improving QA processes,checklists, and test coverage over time

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience testingweb-based user interfaces
• Strong experience with manual UI testing inmodern web applications
• Practical experience testing applications builtwith React and/or Angular
• Ability to translate requirements and UI designsinto effective test scenarios
• High attention to detail with a user-centricquality mindset
• Clear verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with UI automation,particularly Playwright
• Exposure to other automation tools (e.g.Cypress, Selenium)
• Experience with accessibility testing (WCAGbasics, screen readers, contrast checks)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
• Basic understanding of API testing to supportend-to-end scenarios
• Experience testing complex, data-heavy, orworkflow-driven UIs
