Job summary

IPL Schoeller, headquartered in Dublin, is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and delivery of Project Horizon across multiple teams. You will drive planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring alignment with business aims, timelines, and budgets.

The role requires strong manufacturing insights, stakeholder engagement, and an ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree and proven experience delivering large-scale projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, management, engineering).
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of Project Horizon initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of project documentation (workplans, status reports).
• Identify and assess project risks and dependencies.
• Manage third-party deliverables when required.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking as needed.
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership on risks and issues.
