Summary of role

We are currently recruiting for a committed and energetic individual to fill the role of Trainee Supervisor, initially located at our Donnybrook, Dublin 4 store. This opportunity is tailored for someone passionate about health and wellbeing, enthusiastic about learning and poised to advance in their career within a nurturing and progressive setting.

You will work alongside a training mentor, to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to eventually assume a leadership role within Nourish across our Dublin locations. The ability to travel within the greater Dublin area is essential for this role. You will be based in Donnybrook for approximately 4-6 months before moving into a leadership role in another Dublin location.

This position will cover 40 hours per week with 5 shifts across Monday to Sunday, but mainly working Monday - Friday offering a structured work-life balance. Candidates must be flexible to cover shifts across all opening hours of 9:30am to 6:30pm. Please be sure you can commute to and from the store, taking into account the opening hours.
