This is a fantastic career opportunity to train as a Service Advisor within the Fitzpatrick’s Group of dealerships, which includes Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, and Opel.

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be providing a first‑class customer experience, while maximising sales opportunities in a fast‑paced environment. The smooth running of the service department is vital to our business, and you will become a key element of the team.

Main Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
  • Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from the first contact right through to the customer collecting their vehicle.
  • Detail customer requirements on job cards and invoices.
  • Assist in monitoring the work in progress and report any issues to management.
  • Liaise and have open communication with both our Parts Department and Technicians.
  • Keep the customer informed and updated on the progress of the works being carried out.

  • To ensure that all parts requested have been ordered & charged for correctly.
