Ayvens Insurance is seeking an Actuarial Trainee to join the Actuarial team in Leopardstown, Dublin 18. The role offers a permanent position with hybrid work (office attendance – 3 days/week) and a path to qualification with study sponsorship.
You will work on reserving, Solvency II reporting and IFRS 17 projects, alongside daily actuarial activities. The successful candidate will report to a qualified actuary and develop through hands‑on experience and formal studies within a supportive team

Position: Actuarial Trainee
Location: Leopardstown, Dublin 18 / Hybrid (office attendance – 3 days /week)

Ayvens Insurance is currently recruiting for an experienced Actuarial Trainee to join the Actuarial team on a permanent basis. This role will be focussed on a broad range of specialities including reserving, Solvency II reporting and IFRS 17 reporting. In addition, the person will also be involved in the daily operational activities of the Actuarial team.
This role will report to a qualified actuary.
It is expected that the successful candidate will work towards qualification as an actuary (where Ayvens Insurance will provide study sponsorship and support).
