National Vehicle Distribution is seeking a qualified mechanic to perform complex mechanical repairs, including stripping and rebuilding components to manufacturer standards. You will diagnose faults and apply lean techniques to improve efficiency while following SOPs for consistency and safety.

Experience with ADAS calibration and 4-wheel alignment is essential. Candidates must have strong hands-on skills, own tools, and a full driving license to join our team in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Qualified mechanic with proven experience in automotive repairs.
• Experience in lean methods to improve repair efficiency.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Carry out complex mechanical tasks including stripping and rebuilding to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and resolve faults with precision and quality workmanship.
• Apply lean techniques to improve repair efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and safety in all repairs.
• Perform ADAS calibration and 4-wheel alignment as required.
