Sandvik Mining is expanding its Trade Compliance process capabilities, focusing on scalable, data-driven improvements across an international organisation. The role bridges business needs with system design and documentation, collaborating across functions to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

You will translate requirements into process designs, support SAP S/4HANA and SAP GTS implementations, and drive ongoing process adoption with a focus on quality data and insightful reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in process work, business analysis or continuous improvement.
• Experience with Trade Compliance, logistics, or SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
• Curiosity, collaboration and a strong process mindset are essential.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to alignment and development of Trade Compliance processes across the organisation.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, pain points and regulatory requirements.
• Translate needs into clear process requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support SAP S/4HANA and SAP GTS process design, testing, and post go-live support.
• Maintain and improve process documentation, work instructions and training materials.
• Support data quality, reporting and self-service analytics for Trade Compliance users.
• Assist in SAP GTS and other system testing, defect follow-up and user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to change impact assessments and adoption activities.
